The 1975 model year was the Gran Torino Sport's last, with only 5,126 built in its single hardtop body per Wikipedia's Standard Catalog citation. The Torino line excluding the now-separate Elite model totaled 195,110, a figure ten of Ford-Torino.de's own body rows add to exactly, an arithmetic check rather than a source statement in its own right; including the Elite's own 123,372 units, the combined Torino-and-Elite total reaches 318,482. Both totals come from the same Wikipedia passage and are not in tension with each other, since one is simply the other minus the Elite.1,2

This record's own production notes state that from 1975 every Torino carried the 351 V8 and an automatic transmission as standard equipment, eliminating both the six-cylinder base engine and the manual gearbox from the lineup entirely. That 351 itself splits into two ratings in the engine overview, a 143-hp Windsor version and a 148-hp 351M version of the same 351 cubic-inch displacement, without stating which body styles or production runs got which variant. A 400 two-barrel ran $87 as an option, including a 63-amp battery in the price, and a 460 four-barrel ran $292 with the same 63-amp battery bundled in; the 460 is rated 216 hp at 4,000 rpm and 366 lb-ft at 2,600 rpm against the 400's 158 hp at 3,800 rpm and 276 lb-ft at 2,000 rpm. Neither the 400 nor the 460 carries a stated installation count in the sources consulted for the year.2

Prices in this record come from a Ford Division retail price book dated February 5, 1975, and these are genuine manufacturer's suggested retail figures rather than fleet dealer-invoice numbers, excluding transportation and a $25 dealer preparation charge. Prices ran from $3,954 for the plain Torino two-door hardtop to $4,952 for the Gran Torino Squire wagon, with the Gran Torino Sport, in its final year, priced at $4,790, above every other body style except the Squire wagon and the Gran Torino Brougham hardtop at $4,805.

A power sunroof jumped to $525 for the year, and an anti-theft alarm system appeared as a new $88 option, alongside a $13 Fuel Sentry vacuum gauge specifically for models other than the base Torino series. Air conditioning ran $470 in its standard SelectAire form or $547 with automatic temperature control, and a fingertip speed control cost $108. Low-back bucket seats on the Gran Torino Sport carried no additional charge, while a console with those buckets added $68 and dual accent bodyside stripes, standard on the Sport itself, cost $27 elsewhere.

Two sections of this record carry a visible data gap rather than a filled-in guess. The body-code identification text lists ten codes, from 53B through 65K, but the source's own model-name field after each code is blank for every entry, so this record preserves those codes without inventing which specific series each one names. Likewise, every interior-trim row in the data plate decoder lists an "exterior colors" restriction field that came back empty in the source consulted, so this record carries the vinyl, cloth, and Dura-Weave trim names and their body-style and seat-style scope without asserting which exterior colors each one could be paired with.2

Every figure is labeled with how sure we are. Reported means a manufacturer, registry, or reference figure we cite but have not reconciled against factory records ourselves. Disputed means credible sources disagree and both are shown. Rows are separately scoped; don't add them together unless the note says they make up a total.

Production comes from Wikipedia's Standard Catalog citation and Ford-Torino.de's body rows, which agree.

No engine or package installation counts were found. From 1975 every Torino had the 351 V8 and automatic transmission as standard, per Wikipedia.

Missing is not zero: an empty table means not found, not that nothing was built.
