For 1967 the Wildcat received Buick's new 430 V-8, replacing the old Nailhead, rated 360 hp at 5,000 rpm and 475 lb-ft at 3,200 rpm at a 10.25:1 compression ratio, SAE gross. The Standard Catalog lineage gives 68,095 Wildcats for the year, but TeamBuick's own seven body-style rows sum to 70,881, and neither that total nor OldRide's competing figures for three of those same rows reconciles with the 68,095 series total; this record carries the disputed rows (46439 at 15,110 versus 15,510, 46467 at 2,276 versus 2,279, and 46687 at 11,871 versus 11,571) without choosing between the two compilations.1,2,3

A genuine period factory price sheet, rather than only a secondary compilation, survives for 1967 and gives suggested retail prices for all seven bodies: $3,277 for the sedan up to $3,757 for the Custom convertible, with the plain Wildcat's four bodies at $3,277-$3,536 and the Custom's three at $3,603-$3,757. Shipping weights across the six bodies OldRide lists ran 4,008-4,119 lb, and the Wildcat rode a 126-inch wheelbase, measuring 220.5 in overall with a 63-inch front and rear tread on 8.45x15 tires.3

The Wildcat's own engine-code table lists two separate codes, ND and MD, both describing the same 360-hp, 10.25:1 430 four-barrel, alongside NE for a low-compression 8.75:1 export variant; this record does not resolve why two codes map to what appears to be the identical rating, since the source gives no note distinguishing them. That same code table is shared with the Electra 225 and Riviera rather than printed separately for the Wildcat alone, so the codes themselves do not by themselves confirm which body the engine went into.2

The factory price sheet itemizes dozens of options down to the cent: a Super Turbine automatic at $236.82, dual exhaust at $30.53, an Air Injection Reactor required only on California cars at $50, and a tachometer at $47.37 restricted to the two-door hardtop and convertible when ordered with the console option specifically. Deleting the heater and defroster altogether earned a $95.90 credit, printed in parentheses as a negative price, while an Economy axle carried no extra cost at all. Two option codes, O4 and T2, each cover two different items at two different prices depending on whether the car is a two-door or a four-door, door guards and vacuum door locks respectively, so this record keeps both entries under the shared codes rather than merging them. Automatic climate control with air conditioning, at $499.94, was by far the single costliest option on the sheet, more than the gap between the cheapest and most expensive Wildcat body styles themselves.

Eighteen exterior colors were charted, from Regal Black and Arctic White through Riviera Plum and Riviera Fawn; three of those, marked Riviera-only on the source chart, are excluded here since they are not stated to apply to the Wildcat. Interior trim ran to nine color groups for the plain Wildcat and six for the Custom, in cloth-and-vinyl or vinyl, spanning Aqua, Black, Blue, Maroon, Red, and Saddle (Light Fawn for the Custom specifically). The VIN's series-code pair again distinguished the plain Wildcat (64) from the Wildcat Custom (66), its body-style pair covered the sedan, hardtop, and convertible bodies, its year digit read 7, and its plant letter spanned ten assembly locations.2
